Questions

Straight answers.

Do you come inside for cat litter?
We clean the litter box outside — just leave it by the door or in the garage. Inside only when it's raining.
What if my dog is aggressive?
Aggressive dogs = we don't enter the yard. Please keep them secured on service day.
What if my gate is locked?
If we show up and can't get in, the visit is still billed. Leave the gate unlocked or send us the code.
Do you take the waste with you?
By default we bag it and leave it in your outdoor bin — free. Want us to haul it away? $5 per visit.
How do I pay?
Card on file — charged automatically after each completed visit. No invoices to chase, no contracts.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, anytime. Text us to pause for a trip or cancel outright — your card on file is deleted. Pausing keeps your $17 founding rate; cancelling means $20 if you come back.
Are you insured?
Yes — Bark Yard Pros is insured.
Where do you serve?
Bloomington–Normal, Illinois.
